Act as a key early talent support of the assigned REFS (Real Estate & Facilities Services) team, the candidate should help, coordinate and well understand all the activities and projects related with the function. The candidate facilitates the better understanding of the function, all the key information and he/she will support the decision taking. The candidate takes ownership of their rotations with support from executive-level mentors and program manager. The candidate is expected to gain experience in global and affiliate locations. The rotations vary depending on the function assigned (at least two rotations of 9-12 months).
Main Tasks will be:
• Provide support, management, and planning for a comprehensive DCM (Design & Construction Management) program in the area of - Design & new construction, Re-fits, Refurbishment & Decommissioning, Large Moves Projects as well as Remediation Leadership
• Work with the DCM team to develop DCM strategies and global/regional initiatives.
• Work with the DCM team to support the DCM Transformation and change management strategy Implementation and Operations
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to better understand the DCM strategy.
• Along with line management and teams involved he/she should actively participate in the Budget and preparing information on time and with all the requirements fulfilled
• Own and drive future continuous improvements to achieve efficiency (cost) and effectiveness targets year over year and actively manage relationships to foster the required change management approach to achieve the agreed outcomes
• Provide support of development of the Capex yearly budget and 5 year Strat Plan
• Deliver business benefits and productivity as per target
• Achieve favorable KPIs as defined
• Timely and proper execution of initiatives / projects

Facilities and Administration


• Minimal requirement is a university degree (BS, MS/MA, PhD, MD)
• Desirable Engineering or Architect with some progress towards professional license
• Fluency (speaking and writing) in English required. Working knowledge of additional languages desirable (e.g. German, French. Spanish, Mandarin)
• Max 3-5 years of experience
