Job Purpose

The Team Coordinator Europe will support Sandoz’s Rx, OTC, Marketing and Sales business by delivering administrative and project support to the Region’s leadership team. This position is initially temporarily restricted to one and you will be working part-time (30 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

•The main responsibilities are to support the leadership team with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, expenses claims and various ad hoc requests (mainly event management and marketing activities)
• Organize and coordinate events (medium and big scale)
• Support communications and marketing activities, including the creation and maintenance of PowerPoint slides as well as SharePoint Sites with up-to-date data (orgcharts, templates, newsletters)
• Coordination/support of projects upon business necessity
• Manage purchasing process
• Act as contact for the Leadership Team
• Support the team with internal compliance processes (SP3 requests)

The ideal candidate will have

• High school degree (Abitur or Mittlere Reife with relevant professional training)
• Professional Office Management training desirable
• Fluent in English on business level with excellent communication skills (spoken/written) is essential, German knowledge is a plus, any other language is very welcome
• Min 5 years of experience working as an assistant in an international, fast-paced environment on executive level with relevant trainings and skills (or clear potential).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, skilled user of inter-net/intranet and SharePoint
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
• Result driven, able to prioritize and adaptable to change
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines with a good sense of urgency
• Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
• Team worker with a customer service focus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
