Job purpose

The purpose of the Strategy Project Manager role is to drive critical set of Sandoz Product Development Transformation initiatives, resulting in a streamlined, efficient and world class product development organization by 2020.

Key Responsibilities

• Project management for development network transitions and strategic initiatives overall
• Support Finance and PMO on global R&D Spend
• Support Finance in driving the Budget and Strat Plan process through the Development Centers and Project Management
• Facilitate Product Development Leadership Team and Strategic off-site Leadership meetings
• Liaison between Commercial/Portfolio /Franchise/Product Development
• Product Development liaison for M&A and Divestment efforts
• Represent Product Development in X-functional forums (manufacturing, commercial, etc.)

Mindestanforderungen

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering related field required
• Consulting experience or advanced degree (PhD, MBA) preferred
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong Project Management skills
• Exposure/competence in Technical/Manufacturing/Product Development process in Regulated environments
• Broad based business thinker, who can seamless link the “technical” to the “business”
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
