for the Department Global Project Management Biopharmaceuticals

• Providing operational management support to the Head of Operational Excellence and Senior Management for transformation projects of large complexity and scale by:
o providing detailed project plans which allow project execution according to realistic timelines
o developing communication and implementation plans, which include stakeholder mapping
o Supporting Leadership by driving individual deliverables of the projects
• Leading medium complexity and scale operational excellence projects, from planning to execution
• Ensuring implementation of the improvements is effectively executed and maintenance of continuous measurements of success
• Supporting the development of appropriate training and communication plans
• Working closely with all relevant functions to ensure compliance of company and regulatory requirements to enhance performance

Research & Development


• Scientific BA/ BSc, advanced degree preferred
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Advanced knowledge and broad experience in the Pharmaceutical business and drug development
• Previous track record of success working with international and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in leading process improvement projects preferred
• Strong skills to facilitate and optimize contributions from team members
• Leadership presence with the ability to present and interact with Senior Management
• Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Project Management skills, ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities flexibly while maintaining a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated individual with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results
• Savvy organizational understanding and the ability to work with all levels of the enterprise
