Job purpose

The purpose of the Regional Strategy & BI Manager role is to be responsible for driving major strategic planning processes and key Business Intelligence initiatives in the Region Europe and across the priority countries within this region.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the strategic planning process for the Region
• Ensuring alignment of country strategic plans with Global and Regional strategic planning
• Supporting in resource allocation and investment decisions across countries and within key countries
• Providing strategic insights based on analysis on multiples sources (competitor gap analysis, market predictions, financial plans, pipeline information, current lifecycle positions, etc.)
• Building strong business intelligence by fostering knowledge of the markets, competition, long-term trends, therapeutic areas, customer needs
• Ensuring buy-in from the relevant stakeholders, planning actions and milestones and superior implementation

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required; Master degree would be considered as a plus
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite while knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
• Relevant experience in management consulting or within the pharmaceutical industry
• Sound knowledge of the Generics industry will be considered as an advantage
• Strong Communication skills and ability to navigate a complex matrix environment
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Results driven & strategic orientation
• Open and innovative mindset
