~10bn USD. This is our business at Sandoz. As Project Manager at Sandoz you will contribute to strengthen our business and help us pioneer novel ways to enable people access high-quality medicines.

The Project Manager’s major accountability is to successfully ensure CIT solutions or services are successfully deployed in markets following the established plan and ensures market stakeholders have no difficulties to adopt the solution from IT standpoint.

Your responsibilities:
• Ensures delivery of agreed solution or service, controlling risk, issues and changes and gains the necessary stakeholder buy-in
• Has overall responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to the deployment of the solution in the market in charge, ensuring stable and smooth implementation across full implementation scope
• Ensures delivery excellence and leadership across multiple teams involved in the solution deployment in the market
• Is familiar with and monitors all project activities, ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and deployment standards
• Ensures the project is managed in accordance with Novartis policies and guidelines

Mindestanforderungen

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University Degree
• Fluent English; German desired
• 5-8 years of experience leading projects and managing diverse portfolios
• Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements
• Ability to communicate needs and schedules to IT and Business Partners
• Ability to identify and escalate issues at an early stage

Desirable Requirements:
• Experience with Salesforce/Veeva solutions desired
• Digital Marketing project management exposure desired
• Experience with agile (e.g. Scrum), & waterfall project methodologies desired
