Sandoz is currently recruiting for a Project Manager (m/f/d) ESO QA.

Job purpose

The purpose of this role is to take care of validation, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ESO-related IT solutions in order to support the oversight of third parties providing materials and services to Novartis.

• Responsible for the validation, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of ESO-related IT solutions in order to support the oversight of third parties providing materials and services to Novartis
• Ownership of ESO QA-owned applications as needed, including but not limited to: System ownership and maintenance; System enhancements and changes, including revalidation where needed; User training and access Management; Extraction of data and reports, consolidation with other data sources
• Management of projects as needed, including but not limited to: Project planning, organisation and Management; Driving and /or supporting computer system validation, including developing URS, performing risk assessments, writing and executing PQ etc; Organization and management of system roll-out; Lessons learned and finalization; Change Management (project follow-up); User support; Risk Management
• Management, harmonization and alignment of ESO QA input to projects owned by other relevant functions e.g., global operational functions, local and global QA functions, IT functions
• Act as ESO QA lead in appropriate IT application development and implementation projects divisionally and cross-divisionally where ESO is impacted

The ideal candidate will have

• Scientific University Degree or extensive knowledge in Project Management/ Quality Assurance/ Compliance
• At least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including GMP
• Practical experience of Computerised System Validation, good working knowledge of ERES regulations, GAMP5 and data integrity guidances
• Project management experience, preferably with the implementation of IT solutions, highly desirable.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization preferred
• Experience in Quality Risk Management an Advantage
• English fluent in speaking and writing, second language desirable
