• The projects usually are related with Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce and VeeVa), Digital platforms (Multichannel Marketing) and Commercial information/Data (MDM, Analytics-Big data, RPG, Artificial intelligence)
• Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
• Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
• Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
• Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
• Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
• Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope

Information Technology


• University degree in any business/technical area, preferably Computer Science or business administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in project management in a technical capacity and managing diverse portfolios
• A proven track record in delivery of end-user focused solutions to 5,000+ users
• PMP / Prince2 certification required
• Solid project management skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple small to medium projects in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
• Ability to operate under a dual reporting relationship (IT CoE, customers)
