Come join us in the global strategy team as PMO Manager for Sandoz Transformation. Support and coordinate all project management related activities, work closely with the program lead, work-stream owners and multiple stakeholders in the broader organization to ensure best practice approach and strong execution of the program.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support successful delivery of multiple work streams within the transformation pro-gram such as:
• Ensure alignment to strategy and with relevant stakeholders
• identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage escalations and prioritize requests as required
• Provide tactical and administrative support for workstream leads
• Shape and lead smaller projects or work streams as project manager
• Work flexibly moving from one transformation workstream to another
• Drive, align and provide input, guidance, challenges to work stream leads
• Collect, consolidate and analyze project data to support effective decision making
• Ensure project management processes and systems are efficient and effective whilst aligned to business needs; responsible for tools, standards and methodology
• Coordinate process implementation, best practices, back office functions, procurement initiatives, and efficient operations
• Prepare and support meetings, as well as regular status meetings and communicate major milestones to all involved parties

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Successful delivery of defined milestones and key metrics for transformation program as per plan

Desirable Requirements:

• Master's degree or similar level of educational qualifications
• English; understanding German is a plus
• Experience of working within a global pharmaceutical organization, comfortable working in multi‐cultural and diverse teams
• Experience of working across boundaries with outsourced and offshored teams and locations, internal and 3rd party
• 2-3 years management consulting experience is preferred but not a must
• Hands-on experience from project planning to operational and administrative processing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• Preferably good commercial knowledge of the Generics business
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong sense of urgency
• Global project management skills including transformational projects
• High degree of comfort with powerpoint and excel
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
