Job purpose:

The purpose of the role is to be part of our experts’ team that drives Sandoz into the digital era. You will not only be part of a new journey we have started, but significantly influence and execute our company’s HR digital strategy.


Your Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic input and direction to the Sandoz Digital HR objectives
• Further develops the HR Dashboard with advanced analytics and predictive analytics insights
• Delivers the monthly Turnover/HR Dashboard
• Manages the ad-hoc reporting requests
• Supports with the HR Digital and Analytical Capability building by providing Education and training (solutions) to the HR community
• Represents Sandoz at the xDivisional HR Digital network and projects
• Liaise with the Sandoz Global Digital team on Digital HR solutions and act as the first/primary contact person
• Supports or leads HR system implementations where needed and possible
• Ensure further utilization of the current data analytics tool and ensure HRBPs are trained and educated accordingly
• Connect with key stakeholders to get their input on needs and wishes and translate this is HR Digital solutions
• Ensure current HR systems are kept updated
• Work Finance department on financial reporting requests

• Successful Digital and Analytical strategy and solutions
• On time delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting requests
• Further development of HR Dashboard with advanced / predictive analytics
• Input to HR Digital & analytics strategic objectives
• Ensuring of better data driven HR decision making

Mindestanforderungen

Desirable Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in education and experience
• Fluency in English
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of HR Digital or related experience
• Significant experience in leading global projects
• Knowledge of VISIER and Excel is required
