Stellenbeschreibung

• Represent the site in cross-functional project teams led from global / regional functions, e.g. Product Launches, Program Management Teams, to ensure the coordination of all activities at site level
• Setup and lead local and/or global cross-functional project teams if no global / regional function is in the lead, to ensure time to market / implementation of all on-going life-cycle activities; drive the evaluation and define the scope and objectives of such projects
• Support preparation of business cases incl. financial evaluation (ROI, NPV), provide reports / updates to facilitate management decision-making on life cycle activities
• Drive the agreement on potential change request strategies and ensure that the project related change are maintained in an adequate status as required by the processes
• Set up the project charter, status report and baseline planning in the appropriate system, e.g. TTRC, Transfer Tool, Life Cycle Project Management Sharepoint, Navigator
• Drive the definition of project milestones for projects and ensure project implementation is done according to the agreed timelines
• Identify potential risks and elaborate contingency plans as appropriate, communicate project progress and deviations as per project responsibility
• Align inventory level for launch products with responsible function
• Align bridging / contingency stocks for change projects, transfers, pruning and divestment projects with responsible function
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes within area of responsibility
• Ensure project is implemented according to defined strategy
• Drive process improvements by participating cross-functional/cross Supply unit initiatives and by giving active feedback



Technical Operations


Mindestanforderungen

• University degree in Science (Chemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering), and/or Business Administration advantageous
• Minimum 3 years experience, including at least 2 years in various pharmaceutical functions such as supply chain, production and/or technical development
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional global teams
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical or food industry supply chain processes and LEAN philosophy
• Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
• Fluent in English, German desirable
