We are currently hiring a

Hospital Onboarding Manager (m/f/d) Cell and Gene Therapy

to work remotely / on-site at our CGT treatment centers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

As Hospital Onboarding Manager you develop, coordinate and support the implementation of the strategic business plan to train and qualify new hospital treatment centers to be able to treat patients with the Novartis Oncology Cell & Gene products.
In coordination with local country teams, you will educate the hospital administration on the value proposition our Cell and Gene therapy, onboard and qualify key staff within the treatment center including HCPs, transplant coordinators, pharmacy and reimbursement leads to ensure that the centers are set-up to safely and efficiently treat patients with our new Cell and Gene therapy.
You collaborate closely with other specialized field based functions for this product, build strong relationships within the treatment centers as well as with the internal stakeholders always ensuring alignment with local requirements and policies.

Your tasks

• Responsible for supporting the efficient and effective onboarding of key treatment centers across Germany, Austria, Switzerland by coordinating with all internal stakeholders and service center in full compliance with EMA and local regulations
• Develop, implement and improve onboarding training plans for local customer facing teams
• Support consistent roll-out of initial site training including product profile, logistics, communication plan and product ordering
• Supports legal team and apheresis team in the negotiation of legal, quality, supply, and consent agreements
• Work closely with regional and local leadership team on onboarding, order processing, share best practices to support the business objectives
• Lead strategic projects to improve operations in centers managing CART
• Coordinate the end to end process flow deviations oversight
• Ensure that all the activities are according to country legislation, Pharmaceutical Industry Code & all internal regulations and processes



Market Access


Mindestanforderungen

• University degree in Science and/or Medical or Business (Bachelor’s Degree Minimum)
• Minimum of 7 yrs in a customer facing role in the Pharmaceutical/ Biotech industry as well as some leadership experience
• Experience in one of the following areas: Key account management, medical device key sales/account management, Medical or MSL manager experience, sales management experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage on deeply medical topics with confidence while balancing a commercial mindset
• Project management experience with ability to manage several projects in parallel
• High level of learning agility and people agility
• Excellent ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels with humility, a good negotiator
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and the ability to communicate complex concepts
• Language proficiency in English and German is a MUST
