Job Purpose

As the Global Launch Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end activities related to global launches for Novartis Social Business (NSB.) Your main role is to act as the main interface between local and regional commercial teams, as well as Finance, QA, Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) and Novartis Technical Operations (NTO) in order to execute successful and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on operational topics for negotiation with future partners
• Main point of contact between NSB and NTO strategy
• Coordinating with the supply hubs for pre-launch activities
• Communicating launch information (status/timelines) to key stakeholders
• Driving alignment with NSB QA and QA release sites for launches
• Ensuring regulatory alignment with launch supply chain activities
• Liaising with commercial teams to identify and address gaps that could hinder launches
• Continuously build and improve the NSB launch process
• Provide input to global/regional strategy discussions
• Collaborate with regional/local supply chain colleagues

Mindestanforderungen

The ideal candidate will have

• Excellent English experience in a technical/scientific field environment
• 3-5 years experience in a similar interface role
• Previous experience in QA and Supply Chain
• Manufacturing experience
• International experience and exposure to different cultures
