Sandoz is currently recruiting for a Global Brand Director Endocrinology to join the Sandoz Biopharma team based in Holzkirchen (near Munich), Germany.

Job purpose

As a Global Brand Director Endocrinology you will be responsible for providing strategic input and ensuring all key must-wins of the Customer Plan are considered and delivered e.g., key account definition, market understanding, competition, product strategy, sales / volume and M&S cost forecasts, input into clinical, regulatory, strategy, and market access / pricing strategy.

You will be supporting / driving execution of outreach activities to the external community (patients, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, payers) via communication, publication, education and congress activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial leadership as head of cross-functional GBT providing key strategic guidance and commercial deliverables
• Generation of in-depth patient, market and competitive understanding identifying trends and opportunities on a worldwide basis.
• Evaluation of biosimilar opportunity in the field of LA-hGH and diabetes delivering forecasts of sales (incl. market, market share, pricing), supply volumes and M&S costs for strategic planning, demand planning, and budget cycles.
• Drive SurePal or disposable device launch in the US.
• Prepare Customer Plans ensuring external stakeholder focus (patients, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, payers) and build internal knowledge across the organization
• Provide input and fact base for decisions on clinical trial, registration and lifecycle management strategies.
• Continue our successful scientific presence at ESPE, EDGE, ENDO and develop innovative ways of communication with relevant target groups
• Generation of value proposition, positioning, key messages and branding concept, ensuring preparation of market access strategy and value dossier.
• Ensure appropriate Go-to-Market strategy and launch preparation are in place and on track in countries, in collaboration with Commercial Operations.
