Global BPA Manager / Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (m/f)

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning and Analysis, coordinate planning cycles such as quarterly forecasting and annual planning of Sandoz
- Support target setting and be finance contact for regions, franchises and functions
- Evaluate risks or opportunities through financial analysis, providing recommendations to mitigate these risks
-Prepares key information on financial performance for Division and Group management (monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, budget presentation, etc.) on time and in high quality
- Enhance and offer suggestions on financial models used for reporting, forecasting, planning and benchmarking purposes
- Develop and maintain new standard reports, analysis and presentations for executive management Projects and Top Management Support
- Prepare presentations & analysis for senior management (CFO, CEO, Sandoz Executive Committee) and Group
- Manage cross functional projects within Sandoz sponsored by the Division Head and X-divisional engagement
- Key member of Global BPA team that leads all planning processes and strategic re-source allocation decisions for the Division
- Support the decision-making process through technical expertise, ensuring that business partners understand the financial and business implications of actions and decisions; manage ad-hoc requests of senior management
- Share business expertise and prepare financial reports for commercial teams and financial functions
- Work across global functions to ensure projects progress according to plan and drive toward significant, tangible business results
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement more efficient business practices
- Enhance and offer suggestions on financial models used for reporting, forecasting, planning and benchmarking purposes
- Develop and maintain new standard reports, analyses and presentations for executive management Organizational Development
- Collaborate actively with stakeholders across divisions, regions, and functions

Mindestanforderungen

The ideal candidate will have

- University degree
- CPA or similar (ideal but not necessary)
- Min. 5 years of relevant business experience OR with an consulting/ audit company OR FMCG industry
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving), able to handle complex analysis
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Outstanding flexibility, adaptability and sense of accountability
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills (team player mentality)
- Dynamic, ambitious and passionate
