Sandoz is currently recruiting for an ESO QA IT Systems Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to lend business support on IT systems owned by ESO QA and Project Management support within ESO QA.

• Responsible for the business support of IT systems owned by ESO QA, and Project Management support within ESO QA
• Overall responsibility for IT systems used by ESO, including Key User duties as assigned. Responsible for user access management and user access reviews, including oversight of UAM activities performed by PLS. First line of support for ESO user communities. Represent ESO within business user communities. Provide training on IT Systems, as required
• Provide support for ESO QA SCO team in developing or enhancing solutions to support the business processes; for example in SharePoint or Excel; maintain team SharePoint site
• Identify and drive opportunities for simplification and harmonisation of ESO use of IT systems
• Responsible for oversight and maintenance of ESO IT system inventory and validation master plan
• Provide support for IT projects as required; e.g. project management, CSV, implementation within ESO community
• Act as ESO representative in cross functional project teams
• Other system- and project-related work as required

The ideal candidate will have

• Scientific University Degree or extensive relevant experience
• At least 3 years’ experience working in a GMP environment such as QA, production, QC and/or other related area
• High level of technical ability, familiarity with a wide range of IT systems, SharePoint site development and management
• Expert user of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience working in a global matrix organization preferred
• Computer systems validation and project management experience an Advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English, second language is an advantage.
