Job purpose:

The purpose of the role is to provide framework and guidance for Project, Program & Launch Management to ensure excellence in execution of more than 800 projects in development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operationally and functionally leads team of PMO Managers and Associates
• Compiles analysis of project performance
• Ensures data quality for project metrics – timeline, budget, quality, and strategy – across globally- and locally-based project management groups
• Coordinates Product Development portion of pipeline overviews
• Ensures efficient and effective communication pathways for representation of project progress
• Leads initiatives for Project, Program, & Launch Management continuous process improvement
• Establishes project management standards based on industry guidance
• Drive all new systems implementation initiatives

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Recruit, hire, develop & coach PMO staff
• Integration and continuous improvement of processes for Project, Program & Launch Management
• Generate and verify ad hoc and specialty reporting
• Governance and Communication Design and refine project/program/launch governance models in response to Sandoz strategies
• Review and analysis data from global project database for impact to pipeline – recognize and communicate patterns, provide root cause analysis for trending, generate action plans and correction, and conduct effectiveness checks



Mindestanforderungen

Desirable Requirements:

• University education (scientific preferably), MBA degree is an advantage
• Proficiency in English
• Broad experience in Product Development and Project Management
• Experience in managing R&D projects, including complex, innovative projects R&D understanding in the broader ecosystem of global Generic Pharmaceutical Companies
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a global, matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of driving transformational initiatives, projects Lead teams of direct reports
• Ability to provide effective reporting on progress to organizational goals and adjust plans, if needed
