Job purpose

The purpose of the Demand Supply & KPI Reporting Manager role is to proactively and continuously improve efficiency & effectiveness of the demand and supply allocation, monitoring and regular status updates as needed to Senior Management as well as to develop standardized KPI excellence dashboards in launch brands performance in key markets including monitoring and communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Make supply and demand situation for Biosimilar products transparent and recommend alternative solutions using clear decision criteria’s in case of supply shortages
• Provide supply chain expertise to ensure adequate integration of supply chain management in planning, design, and implementation
• Innovate specific business areas to achieve highest organizational effectiveness
• Overall planning accuracy and long-term demand / supply forecast in close alignment with ComOps
• Optimization of performance monitoring tools and information platforms
• Best-in-class overall KPI reporting and presentations of marketing results to key management stakeholders
• Lead the supply governance process by
- Designing detailed supply governance management process, work flows and roles & responsibilities for each brand in alignment with marketing
- Gathering relevant info, aligning cross functionally with all stakeholders and facilitating Sr. Management to decide on country supply allocation
- Becoming the natural point of contact for all demand related requirements in Global Biopharma working in close alignment with Product Supply Heads / Regional Supply Heads
- Facilitating the alignment process with ComOps and Marketing units (e.g. Immunology and Oncology)
- Facilitating exchange of best practices and work with counterparts and cross functional teams on supply chain for relief, development, and advocacy
- Influencing and driving the development of a new supply governance management process into the global organization
- Implementing key performance metrics to be reported in the supply governance meetings

The ideal candidate will have

• University degree in business, science, engineering, technology or supply chain management or equivalent experience and professional qualification in supply chain management
• English, other main languages a plus
• Relevantl work experience with progressively more responsibility relevant to supply and demand
• Working experience in cross-cultural environments and demonstrated ability to adapt to international project work
• Extended operational experience in global supply chain management, business process improvement, project management and team based organizational change management
• Possessing strong analytical and negotiating skills
• Strong ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, and push projects through/across a global company
• Ability to work and influence for desired outcomes in a cross-functional and matrix set-up
