Service Business Partner Onco (m/f/d) for Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Insights

The PLS Service Business Partner with focus on Oncology Business Unit will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of the in-country divisional support for the Franchise(s) of Business Unit Oncology being managed. This role will be responsible for the implementation of requested Commercial Services with special focus on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) activities.

- Collaborate with the assigned Franchise(s) to understand and represent their needs with focused respect to commercial objectives and priorities
- Ensure on-going SFO excellence and business continuity, including:
• Proactively develop Frameworks, KPIs, Data Sources, Dashboards and be responsible for orchestrating the transformation of data into meaningful and actionable insights
• Strongly support senior management in decision making process with extensive Data Science understanding
• Enable excellence solutions with a strong result-oriented mindset
• Ensure alignment of service support & delivery across disease areas, different Oncology franchises and divisions (Pharma and Onco)
• Partner with franchise associates to identify needs across disease areas, to obtain visibility of future demands
• Develop and own divisional/franchise sales force effectiveness and Sales Administration excellence / capability plan
- Strong mindset of taking ownership and responsibility for Commercial Services/Deliverables to meet customers’ needs and requirements
- Provide pro-active thought leadership and credibility in delivering result-oriented solutions and insights
- Fosters a culture of innovation to anticipate future customer needs



- University degree or extensive (5-7 years) experience in customer business partnering
- Min. 5-7 years of experience in Pharma marketing, sales and/or support functions preferred
- Advanced analytic skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM systems as analyst or end-user
- Strongly result-oriented
- Knowledge in cross-functional /cross-country project work
- Experience in remote relationships (on-shore/off-shore capability delivery) appreciated
- German and English fluently
