Leitende(r) Angestellte(r) gemäß § 5 BVG

• Drives the identification and implementation of sustainable strategies to deliver increased operational excellence efficiencies and productivity across all development functions
• Leads process gap analyses and drives major organizational transformation activities as required with a particular focus reducing operational and process risks in Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals Development
• Facilitates alignment between divisions and functions (e.g. identification of new innovative solutions and concepts)
• Drives change management to promote a culture and mindset of operational excellence and productivity across Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals and in alignment with functions in Global Drug Development (GDD)
• Defines and implements longer term strategies (3-5 years) to reduce overall development cycle times according to objectives
• Active contributor to Operational Excellence community within GDD
• Leads key strategic, global operational excellence projects with significant impact on Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals Development
• Drives process improvement methodologies (e.g. IQP, LEAN, SixSigma) in alignment with Operational Excellence in GDD across the Sandoz Biopharmaceuticals Development function and acts as Center of Excellence for project management of process improvement projects



Research & Development


Mindestanforderungen

• BA/BS, advanced degree required
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• A minimum of 6+ years or equivalent multi/cross functional leadership experience
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to present and interact with senior management
• Excellent influencing and negotiations skills with senior internal and external contacts
• Facilitation skills for bridging between scientific and business, and for managing effective international and cross-divisional collaborations
• Strength demonstrated in strategic thinking and decision making scenario evaluation and contingency planning
• Expert Project Management skills, able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and unexpected events while maintaining a positive work attitude
• Experience in leading process improvement projects
