Job Purpose

The Agile Coach Biopharma leads the Agile transformation in up to five cross-functional teams/tribes/squads including the implementation and related culture and mind-set shift associated with agile ways of working, principles, methodologies, tools, and skills in order to lead the team becoming self-managing and high-performing. The agile coach is also a key member of the transformation team and engages senior management at Global, Regional and Local level for effective implementation of Agile principles and optimal design of the interfaces (e.g., GPTs)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach up to 5 scrum teams in key planning meetings, sprints, retrospectives and reviews. Ensure consistent approach, agile principles and models are tailored to the individual needs
• Support the Agile Transformation journey as part of the Agile Transformation team to define and implement a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile
• Coaching Squads/tribes/teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall growth and improvement
• Role specific coaching – Product owner, scrum master, facilitator, etc.
• Continually monitoring and assessing teams progression and needs – tailor approaches to the team
• Help organize and facilitate the implementation of work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demos, regular feedback, and self-management
• Enhance collaboration within and outside the teams, resolving conflict, remove impediments, and reduce external dependencies
• Embrace servant leadership and displays behaviours that come with the key mind-set shifts associated with being Agile
• Conduct training for small and large groups on common needs
• Keep informed and educated about industry trends concerning agile methodologies

Mindestanforderungen

The ideal candidate will have

• Degree or comparable work experience
• Coaching Certifications
• Certifications within Continuous Improvement disciplines and/or Agile Practices
• English fluent, another international language is beneficial
• 10+ years of project management/ LEAN working/Agile working experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry (but not necessary)
• Change management experience, experience leading and implementing Agile transformations
• Ability to coach at senior levels and across multiple individuals and teams
• Ability to ID and prioritize areas for improvement at individual and team level
• Ability to manage small teams – allocation, development, team practices
• Ability to manage teams of diverse levels and experience
• ability to assess and report metrics associated with adoption success
• role model of Agile mindset and behaviors
• sharing innovative and creative thinking in order to solve problems and get things done
• Experience in working in agile teams, ideally as a scrum master
• Experience as trainer or coach
• Experience in developing and leading training programs
